At EmbedPsych, we aim to provide professional, evidence-based psychological care that is accessible, flexible and tailored to individual needs.

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $330 for a standard 50-minute psychological consultation. Our standard fee for 2027 will be $250 per session.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please get in touch. We are happy to discuss flexible fee arrangements where possible.

Appointment availability

2026 - Until 12 December

Warren is based in Wānaka, New Zealand, and offers Telehealth appointments only.

2027 - From week commencing 11 January

Warren will return to Melbourne-based psychology appointments, with the following consulting arrangements:

• Wednesdays: Face-to-face and Telehealth appointments at Good Health Group Clinic, 333 Nepean Highway, Brighton East, Victoria.

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: Telehealth appointments.

Fees and Medicare rebates

From  January 2027:

• Standard consultation: $250 per 50-minute session.

• Medicare rebate: Approximately $101.55 per eligible session, based on current Medicare rates.

• Out-of-pocket cost: Approximately $148.45 per eligible session.

Eligible clients may access Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year, subject to an appropriate referral, Medicare eligibility and applicable service requirements.

Medicare rebates are not available for Warren's overseas Telehealth consultations during 2026.
